Roam Drink Co. / Flat-pack bar cart build plan

One cart. Packed flat. Ready to serve.

Build a full-size mobile bar that breaks down for transport and storage—equally at home on your patio or behind the bar at a paid event.

The real cart behind the plan. This build—not a generic shelf cart—is the visual and functional reference for the drawings below.

Two ways to serve

From backyard drinks to booked events.

The same substantial front, elevated worktop, and rolling base can suit a personal setup or a bartender who needs a good-looking service station on the move.

01 / HOME

Personal bar

Set it up for a gathering, then break it down when you need the room back. The finished front keeps bottles, bins, and prep gear out of sight.

02 / EVENTS

Mobile service bar

Transport the cart as flat components, assemble it on site, and roll it into position for weddings, parties, and pop-up service.

The flat-pack idea

The look of a built-in bar. The logic of a road case.

The plan separates the cart into repeatable panels and counter pieces, while keeping the sculpted front and offset two-level top seen in the original build.

Good questions

Before you build.

Is this only for professional bartenders?

No. The cart works as a personal home bar or as a mobile service station for events. The flat-pack design is useful anywhere storage or transport matters.

Will the plan match the cart in the photo?

Yes. The photo is the design reference: a dark sculpted front, rolling base, lower service surface, and raised wood bar top. The removable connection system will be validated before release.

Can I sell carts built from the plan?

The core plan is intended for personal and professional use of the cart you build. Any rights to sell finished carts will be stated in separate, clearly published commercial terms before purchase.
